THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a PROCUREMENT SENIOR ANALYST for our PROCUREMENT team in SÃO
PAULO !
As a Procurement Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and
optimizing our procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier
relationships, and ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. Your
expertise in data analysis, market research, and supplier evaluation will be
crucial in supporting our organization's strategic sourcing and procurement
initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining procurement
records and assisting the procurement manager in contractor selections.
YOUR IMPACT
Assist in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, and
procedures
Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLAs with vendors, elaborate RFQs for the purchase
of equipment, services, and supplies
Reviewing existing contracts and vendors globally
Reviewing travel costs and managing travel agency tools
Assist in building relationships with organizational networks and external vendors
for procurement.
Responsible for documenting all vendor costs and generating monthly spending
reports
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Structure and update the area OKRs and KPIs defined to measure performance.
Communicating timely with the entire organization to ensure the procurement
guidelines are being followed.

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, business, or finance;
In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts and negotiation terms;
Mandatory proficiency in both spoken and written English;
Spoken and written Spanish is a plus;
Solid negotiation and networking skills;
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders.
