What you'll do: As a Product Development Engineer SR, you will support the leadership and delivery of new product development projects according to the planned date, quality, and cost for Food Preparation products for the Brazilian market. In detail, you will: - Support the leadership of project teams to carry out deliveries within the deadlines/costs of the respective area; - Organize weekly follow up meetings with the project team; - Prepare and present Check Point meetings to the steering committee; - Manage project schedule (create, update and track); - Manage risks (create, update and track); - Manage investment requests (consolidation, update and track). As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W). Who you are: You have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or related areas); - Solid experience with product development projects; - Advanced knowledge with MS Office tools and MS Project; - Project management certification will be a plus; - Advanced English (Spanish is a plus). Where you'll be: You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
