Once of our MNC clients is looking for a Product Development Manager and below is the summery of the Job Description We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our Research and Development team in Sri Lanka . As a Product Development Manager you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and improving existing ones to meet consumer needs and drive business growth. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute product development strategies in line with company goals including product desing activities (Innovation Renovation ) Lead crossfunctional teams to bring new products to market on time and within budget Collaborate with marketing supply chain and other departments to ensure successful product launches Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights Manage product testing validation and regulatory compliance processes Monitor and analyze product performance and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science Chemistry or Engineering Proven experience in product development or research and development Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Detailoriented with a focus on quality and innovation Desired Experience: 7 years of experience in product development in the consumer goods industry preferred Experience working with crossfunctional teams Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights
