Manage and develop the Retail Measurement at NielsenIQ Brazil, the most relevante
NIQ solution in the country, modernizing the product to keep the relevance for
Manufacturers and Retailers decisions, not only protecting the core (methodology,
pricing, deliverables) but also ideating, building and executing growth
initiatives (new channels, new deliverables, new capabilities).
Job Description
Translate clients needs to operations teams and operational capabilities to
client-facing teams to deliver the best-in-class retail measurement solutions to
the market.
Work with local board, commercial and operations teams to define strategic
priorities and a future solution roadmap.
Work connected with global and regional Product Measure organization, leveraging
the best practices with peers from other Latin American countries and sharing
regional and global strategic projects leadership.
Influence senior key stakeholders to obtain investment and to deliver revenue,
building the Business Case, presenting and getting the approval for the desired
new initiatives.
E2E responsibility on approved growth initiatives, executing them from product
management perspective, guaranteeing the right deployment for clients and the
financial tracking and commitment.
Being responsible to keep the product standards (methodologies, rate card
governance, product reach and deliverables).
Conduct detailed local competitive assessments that support positioning of
NielsenIQ products.
Work with commercial leaders to create competitive advantage in product design;
monitor strengths/weaknesses/changes in marketplace.
Being part of the local senior leadership team, being a strategic partner of the
Managing Director and the rest of the local board for business reviews and local
decisions

Qualifications
Minimum of 10-years relevant experience in Product Management or Client Facing
(Customer Success, Consultancy), preferably in Data/Market Information companies;
FMCG knowledge (manufacturers, retail environment) is a plus.
Knowledge of retail measurement methodologies and preferably other performance
measurement methodologies
Excellent command of English and Portuguese.
Good command of Spanish (regular Latam interactions in a daily basis).
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree is a plus.
Solid experience with project management and change management principles.
Combination of strategic thinker and executor, with the ability to set strategic
direction and play a strong role in execution.
Technical knowledge and an understanding of data and its application across
business.
Effective organizational skills, including the ability to identify priorities,
work in a matrix organization, set ones own deadlines and complete projects
efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders
across Operations, Technology, Data Science, Commercial, and Clients
Strong communication and presentation skills in varied environments:
live & virtual presentations, emails, work sessions, debates and dialogue
