Role Overview:
The Product team at Clutch drives the strategy and execution for end-to-end
digitally automated lending and deposits products at credit unions. We are seeking
a highly motivated and skilled senior Product Manager to lead the development and
growth of our lending offerings.
In this role, you'll lead the zero to one development of one of our new bets on
lending products. Your role is crucial in strategizing and executing end-to-end
digitally automated solutions, directly influencing the financial health of
millions.
Your responsibilities:
Leverage your fintech and lending expertise to build 0-1 products in the lending
domain
Set the strategic product vision in collaboration with the Founders, Head of
Product and GM while being opinionated and grounded in customer insight
Conduct detailed product discovery with credit unions, defining and executing the
scope of the v1 product.
Drive product development, collaborating closely internally with design,
engineering, and cross-functional teams and externally with credit unions to set
milestones and deliver a best-in-class fintech lending product.
Engage in both end user (consumer) and customer (credit union) discovery, applying
fintech innovations to credit union products.
Continually share knowledge gained from deep discovery with product and design
teamHigh standards in product craft, performance, and pace
Skillset you will bring:
Fintech and Lending Expertise:
4+ years in fintech and lending, 6+ years of product experience with a proven
track record of delivering impactful products from concept through launch
Consumer-Grade Design Expertise:
Substantial experience in crafting user-friendly experiences tailored for
enterprise-level clients.
Stellar Communication and Leadership Abilities:
Articulating product vision clearly, collaborating closely with credit unions,
challenging status quo and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
Strategic Decision-Making:
You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, validating bold product
concepts, and making tough decisions. This includes being willing to pivot or
discontinue a product based on research and market feedback, Planning and
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and negotiate with internal
and external stakeholders
Comprehensive understanding of various aspects of product development, including
engineering, design, analytics, and user research, and being able to integrate
these insights into product development.Independence and ownership mentality
