We are looking for a professor for Mathematics for our 2-Year College Program (undergraduate level), able to teach project and team oriented, while using innovative teaching technology in an intercultural context. Further, you should be open for innovations and feedback, in an agile environment oriented towards market demands. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate courses in English; Develop and deliver engaging, modern, and effective teaching methods; Mentor and advise students, supporting their academic and career development; Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement; Participate in HGC initiatives, events and extracurricular activities; Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications: A master's or doctoral degree in Mathematics; English Level C1/C2 or native; Proven track record in designing and delivering practical lessons, which align with higher levels of learning fostering critical thinking and application skills; Clear understanding of active methodologies and their application in class; Competent use of technologies - hybrid education; Student-centered teaching approach; An effective communicator; Demonstrates collaboration skills for an intercultural context. Desirable qualities: Discipline, proactive, and with a results-driven approach;
