About the vacancy: We are seeking a Project Director to lead our project management team and ensure our projects are delivered on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have experience leading project management teams and working with agile methodologies, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Manage the project management team and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Work with the sales team to define project scopes, cost estimates and delivery times Ensure implementation of project management methodologies and agile processes to maximize team efficiency Manage project workflow and ensure effective communication between the team, clients and other departments Identify and resolve potential problems and risks that may affect project quality, deadline or budget Manage and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and partners Provide regular reports on project status and team performance Requirements: Previous experience leading project management teams, preferably in a digital agency or technology company Experience with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Ability to manage budget, deadlines and scopes of complex projects Excellent communication and negotiation skills Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Jira Conflict management and problem solving skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with different areas of the company Higher education in areas related to technology, administration or engineering Differentiators: Project management certifications, such as PMP or CSM Knowledge in technology-related areas, such as web development or graphic design Experience in managing international projects Advanced English ability 100% remote Flexible hours Health and dental plan Meal or food vouchers Participation in events and refresher courses Apply We are the ideal partner for your company Make your business grow, gain new customers and sell more with a professional website.
