Partner with the best
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project management
team of the Subsea repair Services team in Brazil. Ownership of project management
for repair projects, including repair of subsea equipment and tools. Guarantee
adherence to contractual clauses. Customer interface assuring delivering upon
targets/deadlines. Planning, execution and conclusion of projects / contract
activities.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing on time delivery, performance Improvement, and incremental revenue
through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional products or
services.
Owning the overall customer deliverables by having the responsibility for the
Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPIs, service delivery and HSE
performance.
Being responsible for all aspects of the financial performance of the project
Managing multiple products and services across multiple wellsite/rigs, often in
complex contractual arrangements.
Performing as Single Point of Contact (SPC) with the client, nurtures the
relationship, acts as the primary contract manager either in conjunction with
other contract administrators or with available dedicated contract managers.
Working closely with Integrated Solutions centers of excellence (CoE) in project
service delivery and reporting of group KPIs, as well as quality checks of daily
operational and financial (Cost/Time) reporting.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have bachelors degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited
university or relevant industry experience.
Have leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
Demonstrate expertise in preparation plan
Have Excellent English and Portuguese oral and written communications skills,
including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct
minutes of meetings.
Demonstrate solid experience in Workover Plug and Abandon
Proven solid experience as a project manager.
Demonstrate experience managing multiple product line P&L (Profit and Loss
management) and experience managing multiple rig/site operations.
Have functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project familiarity is required.
Demonstrate ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor high level teams across
organizational boundaries is required.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of financial matters in the project
management area
Demonstrate experience in customer engagement
Have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
Proven personnel development skills will be required in this role
