Vaga de PROJECT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

- Provide support and guidance to inter disciplined projects to ensure a consistent and efficient planning and execution using appropriate reporting format. - Prepare/support disciplines preparing budget, CAPEX, OPEX, spend request, doc control and information sharing, project and risk management process. - Interface between disciplines capex owners (Pipelay, ROV, Marine) and finance dpt. in order to consolidate and align capex status. - Consolidate JV Capex status and ensure a proper report to JV and OneFleet leadership team. - Implement digital tools in order to improve capex follow up reports for both JV and TCFMC. - Lead/Support initiatives related to improve interfaces between OF, BVP and EPCI. - Coordinate interdisciplinary documents revision ensuring alignment between all dpt. involved. - Support global SSI initiatives being implemented in the region. - Support nationalization process and Brazilians crew management on EPCI vessels - Support HSE/Quality investigations when involving complex interfaces between departments.
