About the role
Our Operational Innovation team is integrated into the Strategy and Research &
Innovation Department.
As a Quality Management System Analyst, you will work together with different
areas and multidisciplinary teams and will have the opportunity to contribute to
maintaining all Certifications related to the company's Quality and Environmental
Management System and thus meet the needs of our customers with excellence.
You will be accountable for:
Ensure the effectiveness and promote continuous improvement of the Global Business
Unit (GBU) COATIS Quality Management System
Implement and improve the processes so that the Systems are properly established
and maintained
Data management of the Quality Management System with a focus on preventing
critical non-conformities
Planning, Monitoring and Executing First, Second and Third Party Audits
Preparation and implementation of training in Quality and Environmental Management
aiming to technically and culturally prepare those involved in implementing the
actions
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid/travel (10% to 15%) working mode
(Paulinia, SP site).
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or a
related field
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Competencies:
Internal Quality and Environmental Auditor (mandatory); Lead Auditor (desirable)
Knowledge of Management Systems :2015, ISO 14001:2015
Knowledge of Office/Google, ERP and CRM and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
(desirable)
English (advanced in reading and writing)

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all:
compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.
While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 108.000,00 to R$
135.000,00 (Periculusidade already included), your salary may ultimately be higher
or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a
