This is an on-site position in our Taubaté office.
Your Focus
This role is responsible for day-to-day generation of Purchase Order (PO) from SAP
system and analyze new order requirements that was processed by customer service
or affiliates. This is a Taubaté based position and will report to the Planning
Coordinator.
How You Will Contribute:
" Review MRP exception messages on daily basis
" Place and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) to IFF Affiliates and 3rd party suppliers
" Maintain inventory to support customer order fulfillment.
" Monitor and manage inventory to minimize risk of obsolete & Slow-Moving stock.
" Coordinates with other departments regarding material issue, Purchase Order
Details, Supply required documentation, etc.
" Report generation for Planning KPIs.
What will you need to be successful:
" Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
" At least 3 years of working experience as planner in similar / relevant
industries.
" Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
" Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiar with SAP will be
advantageous.
" Enjoy working with numbers; demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to
details.
" Dynamic and proactive; demonstrate agility.
" Team Working.
