We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Retail Operations team as
a Trainee. This role will involve providing essential support to our Dealers and
assisting in various aspects of retail operations, including promotions, invoice
auditing, credit note issuance, and purchase order creation. The ideal candidate
will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a
willingness to learn and grow within the Powersports industry.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Promotion Support:
Assist Dealers with promotions by ensuring proper application of promotions to
invoices.
Invoice Auditing:
Audit Dealers' invoices to verify the accuracy of promotions applied and resolve
any discrepancies.
Credit Note Issuance:
Generate credit notes for Dealers to reflect promotional discounts accurately.
Purchase Order Creation:
Create purchase orders to facilitate payment processing for Dealers' invoices.
Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with Dealers to address any concerns
or inquiries promptly.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of promotions, credit notes, purchase orders, and
related documentation.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Finance, to ensure smooth
operations and timely resolution of issues.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions and opportunities for professional development to
enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
YOULL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
(preferred).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Prior experience in retail operations or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid mode, 2 to 3 days in the office.
