JOB SUMMARY Optimize the resort's revenue and profitability, understand the metrics of the hotel enterprise, through the analysis and control of historical profitability of demand and results to support strategic decision-making.   PREREQUISITES Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Commercial Management.  Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English.   Other Requirements: ·        Advanced knowledge in Revenue Management Systems, familiarity with the CmNet-TOTVS System, ability to understand Dashboards; ·        Office Microsoft Suite; ·        Availability to Travel outside your home country. We have units in Brazil  Porto de Galinhas and in Portugal  Madeira Island.      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   ·        Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize sales performance in collaboration with the Commercial Team.  ·        Analyze market data, trends, and competition to adjust rates and packages.  ·        Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.  ·        Utilize revenue management systems to monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary.  ·        Provide guidance to the commercial team, offering insights into decision-making, strategies, and market trends, encouraging the team to recognize the need for change.  ·        Conduct monitoring analysis of promotions and pick-up, fluctuations, and reporting.    ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: Strategy, Results Orientation, Innovation, Communication, Creativity, Teamwork
