JOB SUMMARY Maximize resort revenue and profitability using revenue management strategies, data analysis, and in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry. PREREQUISITES Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Languages: English, French, Germany and Spanish - Advanced proficiency Other Requirements: · MBA in Administration or a related area, proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a high-end resort or hotel property; · Office Microsoft Suite; · Availability to Travel outside your home country. We have units in Brazil Porto de Galinhas and in Portugal Madeira Island. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize the resort's revenue, considering factors such as demand, competition, and seasonality; Collect, analyze, and interpret occupancy data, rates, and market trends to make informed decisions about pricing and availability; Control and allocate rooms and other resort resources efficiently to maximize occupancy and revenue; Manage distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTA (Online Travel Agencies), GDS (Global Distribution Systems), and others, to optimize market reach; Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations departments to align strategies and objectives; Monitor competition and adjust pricing and availability strategies according to market changes; Prepare regular revenue performance reports and future forecasts for senior management; Take strategic actions to improve the company's qualitative and quantitative results; Be accountable for the outcomes of strategies, actions, and progress within deadlines, aiming to enhance competitiveness, occupancy, average daily rate, and profitability through Revenue.
