As a SAP Purchasing Functional Analyst , you will be part of an international
team, within the Global Digital Solution Business Operations, that is focused on
all SAP modules related to the Purchasing modules (SAP MM /Ariba). The team is
working together with all SKF units, globally, where SAP has been implemented or
will be implemented.
We are a DevOps team where we deliver support activities, application ownership,
improvements and also larger change initiatives. As Functional Analyst, you will
have responsibility to manage support activities, both from your own mind and
hands but also to manage and guide our outsourcing partner. You will also support
SEP (SKF ERP Program) SAP deployment and when a good fit to your experience drive
change and deliver demand fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
To provide advanced (2nd and 3rd level) SAP end user support to the user
community.
To manage, follow up and work closely with our service provider
To manage the applications throughout their life cycle and secure it is used as
designed.
To resolve reported disruptions of service and escalate to appropriate forum if
necessary.
To participate in projects, developments and roll out activities.
To perform system enhancements to improve system reliability and reduce incident
count
To be able to support several process flows, understand the solution in detail and
impact on of required changes.
To facilitate and improve the relationship between user community and SKF IT.
To know and align with internal and external stakeholders and cover the end to end
solution.
To help business realize more value of our SAP solution.
To develop and document Best Practice, Service Catalogue and FAQ.
Your profile
Recognized for your in-depth knowledge and experience in the processes within
Purchasing (preferably in a similar organization as SKF).
5-7 years of experience in SAP MM/ Ariba ( hands of change/configuration work).
Awareness of the end-to-end Purchase SAP Process with the ability to both
safeguard and promote it to the end users.
Excellent analytic skills.
Persistent and self-driven.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from different
cultures, disciplines and personalities.
Ability to work in a complex change management environment handling the
uncertainty and challenges this includes.
Knowledge of SKFs business and existing IT environment is an advantage.
