What youll do:

SAP iXp Intern Support Consultant
Location:
São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid - 3 days minimum in office)
Expected start date:
June, 2024
In a support capacity, you will have the following key responsibilities:
" Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via
the web-based messaging system and providing the best available solution or
workaround within the agreed service levels.
" Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our clients business.
" Liaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product
functionality.
" Capable in technical documentation and creation of knowledge-based assets.
" Participating in internal projects that drive Support Automation and Partner
Enablement.
What you bring:
Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You
like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong
learning.
" University students enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting related
courses, with at least two years until graduation.
" Knowledge of Brazilian Tax System.
" Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows).
" It is a plus:
Knowledge of Relational Databases (E.g.:
SQL Server, etc.), SQL language and database administration.
" Working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and
improving processes.
" Continuous learner and faster adopter of new technology process
" Customer oriented, self-motivated, and pro-active working attitude.
" Good problem solving & analytical ability.
" Good customer focus & interpersonal skills.
" English (written & spoken). Spanish is an advantage.
