This position will have SAP Functional Sales and Distribution. The candidate must be able to Identify, understand and analyze business needs and translate them into information system terms. Develop, propose and support system solutions, aligned with the RGE Group's Information Systems policies, considering the best cost-benefit, keeping in mind continuous improvement, process optimization and risk mitigation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the business processes enabled by SAP SD; Champion and drive standard SAP solution adoption across the Supply Chain processes. Gather business requirements, develop process flows and end-to-end functional designs, prepare functional requirement documents for developers, develop test cases, and assist training team. Conduct ticket management with third party vendors until the closure by providing inputs and leading it to closure. Conduct Business Process Analysis using the People, Process, and Technology framework; suggest process improvements and reengineering with focus on process automation and simplification. Drive business process transformation and continuous improvement with key business partners and other client Technology solution teams. Effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization; facilitate and drive decision-making and consensus-building. Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and day-to-day production support activities. Foster and maintain good relationships with business partners and IT colleagues. Stay current on emerging trends in Supply Chain business processes and SAP technology offerings. Proficient in researching issues and working with SAP Support to resolve SAP issues. Support and facilitate knowledge transfer to other project team members. Conduct projects with third party vendors leading it to successful delivery. Seek opportunities for improvement in existing systems and integrations in ECC. Skills & Experiences The candidate must have a Bachelor's/Diploma in IT/Computer Science, Business or related field Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, etc) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills Brazil Localization knowledge is mandatory People with experience supporting in Pulp/tissue production will be considered as a differentiated candidate; People with experience supporting in GRC Outbound will be considered as a differentiated candidate; People with experience in ABAP will be considered as a differentiated candidate. English Advanced to fluent (mandatory) Must be able to work in Campinas on a daily basis.
