This funding coincides with the launch of ELSA AI Tutor, a groundbreaking feature utilizing generative AI to enhance pronunciation, grammar, and tone correction. **What Youll Be Doing:** As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our B2B business in the Brazilian market, with a focus on enterprise deals within large English centers, bilingual systems, and edtech companies . You'll lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing large-scale deals, and manage key client relationships. Your extensive experience, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the education market will drive your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for large-scale enterprise deals in the education sector. 2. Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing large deals. 3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in large English centers, bilingual systems, and edtech companies. 4. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Provide feedback from the market to assist in product development and marketing strategies. 6. Accurately track and report sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and consistency. 7. **Coach and mentor junior Account Executives, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales quotas.** 8. Lead by example and support the professional development of junior team members through training and coaching. **Qualifications:** 1. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level). 2. BA/BS degree preferred. 3. 46 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a proven track record in closing large-scale enterprise deals, ideally within the SaaS or education sectors. 4. Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. 7. Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs preferred. 8. Strong presentation and communication skills via phone and email. 9. Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. 10.
