The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
Understand and manage legal and operational risks associated with the marketing
and transportation of hydrocarbons.
Be organized, with ability to prioritize activities and make decisions in complex
situations with many parties involved.

You

Bachelors Degree required (Law Degree a plus).
Minimum 3 years of industry experience handling energy related transactional
matters.
Provide specialist support and advise on complex negotiations related to the
purchase, sale and transportation of crude oil, products and natural gas,
including gas gathering, processing, transportation and storage facilities
negotiations.
Preparation, drafting and critical review of commercial agreements in
collaboration with commercial team.
Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholder regarding corporate and project
requirements to ensure maximum value and appropriate risk management liaise on
contractual matters with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure allcontract activities are completed in accordance with Equinor's Business
Processes, legal and tax requirements and adhere to Equinors corporate
requirements and external authorities.
Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Can balance a wide and varied workload, prioritize with materiality focus, and
adapt to changing business priorities.
Oil and gas regulatory affairs experience, including ANP regulations is desirable.
Fluent in English both written and verbal.
