Sobre a vaga
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships
with our clients. Job duties include scheduling and leading client calls,
delivering performance data, internal and external communication via
Zoom/text/phone/email, and ownership of the client relationship.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for clients
Build and maintain strong, client relationships
Oversee the onboarding process including the project timeline and delivery of each
step
Double check that client requests are done correctly
Clearly communicate the progress of various projects to internal and external
stakeholders
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Jumping on phone calls and following up via call, SMS, email to support client
needs and efforts
Requirements
Previous work experience as a Account Manager, Account Manager, Key Account
Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role is a plus.
High degree of critical thinking skills that enable him/her to understand a
diverse number of businesses, business owners and their goals, and how different
marketing channels and strategies can help them achieve those goals.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all
levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while
maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
