Job Summary
Trimble Advanced Positioning provides precise positioning solutions for any
industry, application or workflow that can benefit from greater precision. Were
talking 2 cm accuracy anywhere in the world for applications that span industries
including agriculture, geospatial, construction, automotive, marine, IoT, robotics
and more. This key role will be responsible for evangelizing the Trimble brand and
growing and retaining our customer base across Central and Latin America - our
fastest growing region. This position is a true generalist role, responsible for
the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness, engagement and customer
experiences to channel enablement, demand generation, lead nurture/conversion and
loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing
principles and tactics, excellent communication skills, and a proactive and
creative approach to problem-solving and program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with regional sales, channel and marketing teams to develop and
execute the marketing communication plan for the LATAM region. Also serving as the
regional liaison for the broader marketing team.
Collaborate with regional (sales) management to identify and develop marketing
opportunities that support business objectives.
Marketing lead for regional tradeshows and events, partnering with the Shared
Services events team, as appropriate. Manage the logistics of people and
equipment, design/build of branded spaces, develop supporting marketing material,
lead generation and on-site media relations.
Work with strategic and product marketing teams to design and produce marketing
collateral, translating for local markets.
Craft and support internal, channel, customer and prospect communications in all
forms for the region, collaborating with the Shared Services comms team.
Support demand generation for the region with experience and understanding working
with marketing automation tools to guide the customer journey throughout the
demand generation funnel.
Work with the Field Systems channel management team to support the regional dealer
network across multiple industries including agriculture, geospatial and
construction.
Define, implement and track KPIs to measure marketing program success and ROI for
initiatives in the region.
Develop and manage regional media relations, in language, collaborating with the
Shared Services PR team.
Skills & Experience Desired:
Robust marketing experience, ideally for a technology company in a marketing
generalist role;
Regional marketing experience strongly desired, supporting marketing activity in
alignment with corporate strategy and brand implementation at a local level;
English proficiency, both written and verbal is mandatory;
Ability to travel throughout the LATAM region and to the U.S. as needed
