Sobre a vaga
As a Planview Administrator you will play a crucial role in the customization,
configuration, and administration of Planview solutions, ensuring optimal
performance and user experience. This individual will work closely with
cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical solutions within the Planview platform.
How you'll make an impact
Customize and configure Planview solutions to meet specific business requirements,
including forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, plugins, and extensions to enhance the
functionality of Planview applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes,
and propose technical solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support for system administration tasks, such as
user management, security configurations, and data management.
Conduct regular system maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and
performance optimizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Planview applications, working closely
with support teams and vendors when necessary.
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge
sharing and transferability.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new
features within the Planview platform.
Assist in training end-users and administrators on system functionalities and best
practices.
Collaborate with Finance partners on timesheet reporting, where Planview is the
source
Experience you'll bring
Proven experience in system administration and development, preferably with
Planview or similar work and resource management solutions.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Safe, Scrum and Kanban;
Self directed with a strong sense of ownership in your work;
Strong leadership skills and team orientation; ability to lead change
Strong verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external
stakeholders
Experience with Google sheets and Google slides (or Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience with identifying and mapping critical project dependencies
Experience with creating and maintaining roadmaps for projects and/or products
Experience in process improvement
Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
