About Search:
Over 400.000 visitors come each month to discover, assess, and contact promising
service providers. Providers rank organically but can also use Sortlist to promote
their services. This is a key business line working on a pay-per-click (PPC)
model.
Our SEO (technical, user-generated-content) is a key reason why we are able to
consistently attract visitors.
About the position:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of this entire
business line. This involves closely working with business partners on the GTM as
well as with a dedicated product team to deliver high-leverage increments.
We're looking to have someone working from our Brussels and/or Wavre office.
Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of customers and the competitive market (Clutch, Upwork,
Digital Agency Network, etc,.)
Translate the business strategy in a product strategy.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and
optimal resources.
Ensure the changes have a massive impact on our value creation and capture.
Qualification:
4+ years of Product Management experience
1+ year in a similar role (ad network, marketplace, e-commerce)
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extras
Fluent in French, Dutch, German, or Spanish
Appetite for / experience in UX
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software
development and web technologies
