We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our growing AI team at WEX. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Lead AI Program Manager in delivering multiple high-priority initiatives across the Product, Data & Analytics, and Applied AI teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful completion of projects within budget, scope, and timeline. How you'll make an impact Support the Lead AI Program Manager in developing and executing project plans for various AI initiatives across the enterprise Manage project lifecycles across all phases leveraging both Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid project management methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of project deliverables Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and issue logs Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs) and report on project status to stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and project management best practices. Experience you'll bring Deep experience with in project management Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application to AI projects Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in GSuite. Experience with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Planview and Jira is a plus.
