Boeing Brazil is seeking Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Engineering
Senior Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos office.
The Senior Project Manager will to join the global engineering team to perform
project management related tasks supporting existing and future products.
The Senior Project Manager will prepare our Programs for transformative
Engineering and Program Management applications. These roles are an integral part
of the Boeing team.
In this role, you will create optimization and transformation proposals for
continuous improvements in safety, quality, value and technical solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
" Performs project management duties (i.e. planning, managing, reporting) for
delivery against key program initiatives
" Monitors project execution and prioritized projects based on Program commitments
" Communicates openly and effectively with other roles and skillsets to address
any issues, concerns or roadblocks as well as identifying opportunities for
efficiency and improvement
" Identifies and tracks risks and mitigation plan for key program initiatives
" Collaborates with internal finance team to monitor actual cost incurred against
released budget and support reporting requirements
" Lead application, training and visuals of Agile Project Management environments.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
" Bachelors degree in accredited course of study
" Must be legally able to work in Brazil
" Must have advanced/fluent proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in the
English language
" Solid experience executing project management activities (i.e. definition and
planning of activities for complex comprehensive projects, identify deviations and
act on those, etc)
" Must have complete ability to create project schedules which identify time
frames for key project milestones, independently identify project resource
requirements, collaborate with others on more complex projects assigned, and
assist others in complex large-scale project
" Working experience with Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel and
Outlook)
" Experience in Aerospace Industry
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
" Experience in engineering industry
" Experience with Agile tool and dashboard deployment
" Knowledge of PMBOK framework, agile methods and critical chain applied to
project management.
" Experience with Business Intelligence tools (EazyBI, PowerBI, Tableau, etc)

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have
current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are
determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
