Are you an ambitious professional ready to take charge of our Mobile Solutions
division in Brazil? We're on the lookout for a proactive OEM Senior Sales Manager
to spearhead our efforts in both Off-Highway and On-Highway sectors.

Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans across diverse markets.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive
solutions.
Devise account strategies to maximize growth, meeting, and exceeding customer
needs.
Lead high-level negotiations to achieve long-term profitability.
Customer Focus and Innovation:
Deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Proactively identify emerging market opportunities and potential risks.
Market Intelligence and Collaboration:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to deliver customer value.
Operational Excellence:
Coordinate all commercial activities, including pricing, contracts, and resource
allocation.
Manage financial results, P&L accountability, and generate accurate reports.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and Development:
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
Demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire the sales team.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the sales organization.
External Representation:
Represent the company in industry entities, associations, and client interactions.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's reputation and values
externally.
Travel: Up to 30%

Minimum Qualifications:
5-10 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales
role.
degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
problem-solving attitude and availability for occasional travel.
proficiency in English and Portuguese (BR)
on IT tools (CRM, BI, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
Preferred Qualifications:
experience with the automotive or industrial markets.
experience with the commercial vehicles market (Off-Highway and On-Highway)
