How you will make an impact: Innovative Development: You'll contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the creation of new experiences, leveraging your creativity and technical expertise to bring our vision to life. Agile Participation: Actively engaging in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as daily meetings, refinement sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives, you'll contribute to efficient project execution and continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Contributing to the refinement and enhancement of our development processes, you'll champion initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency and productivity across the team. Who We Are Looking For: Experience with .NET: Proficiency in .NET development is essential for this role. Mentorship Abilities: Capable of guiding and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with leads and architects in the design of applications. Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments within the company. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Amazon AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, Linux, Docker, and Jira is advantageous. Agile Mindset: Experience with Scrum Agile development framework and comfortable working within a diverse, multidisciplinary team. DevOps Familiarity: Knowledge of DevOps practices is beneficial for seamless integration and deployment processes. Adherence to Best Practices: Ability to apply industry best practices and standards to daily work routines. Tool Agnosticism: Enthusiasm for implementing scalable solutions using appropriate tools. While our codebase primarily consists of .NET, Python, VueJS, and React, proficiency in any particular language or framework is less critical compared to strong general development skills. English Proficiency: Comfortable with English communication, both written and verbal, as you'll be collaborating within an international team environment.
