They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. You should be technical enough to make sure code is done according to industry best practices. Responsibilities Manage a team of developers to create Django/Python web apps Ensure project is structured according to industry best practices Translate requested product features into technical and development milestones Make suggestions to leadership based on technical limitations of product features requested Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Experience with managing projects in Python Experience with web automation and scraping Experience with Django Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
