Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups across
Logistics, Warehouse, Production, own the full recruiting cycle from setting
recruitment intake meetings to job offers in Latin America.
2. Data-driven and complete recruitment data tracking and analysis or recruitment
report as required.
3. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously keep the
employer brand attractive.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to acquire the updated hiring needs and find
the best way for the business to hire the best people.
5. Continuously identify improvements on Talent Acquisition excellence in terms of
process, policy, system etc., to elevate both recruitment quality and efficiency.
6.Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors, drive progress, and
evaluate performance.
7.Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams,
participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams.
8. Create a corporate culture construction plan and collaborate with relevant
departments to implement it.

Requirements:
1. Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,
experienced in making offers, offer negotiation, talent mapping, be good at
handling multiple tasks.
2. Experience hiring roles across Logistics, Warehouse and Production, will be a
plus if you have experiences working in e-commerce/retail/fashion company.
3. Experience in enhancing corporate culture.
4. Fluency in English, English is a must.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good professionalism
and friendliness.
6. Passionate for approaching new things, building teams and keep patient in doing
shaping, from 0-1.
7.Having active and data-driven with growth mindset, to learn quick, be flexible
in such a fluid and changing circumstance.
