We are currently seeking a Service Integration Analyst to join our CMS team in Porto, Portugal. What youll be doing: Integrate our CMS (Consultancy, Maintenance, and Support) team, to support several international clients. Troubleshooting and Bug fixing. Resolve client incidents and user requests. Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. What we are looking for: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. 2-4 years of experience working with systems integration. Knowledge in PL/SQL; Knowledge of Unix OS; Knowledge in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator); Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Proficiency in English and Spanish; Availability for on-call. What would be a plus: Certifications in ITIL Foundation will be a plus; Knowledge of WSO2 will be a plus; Knowledge in integration tools and technologies, namely Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB), Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), and Spring Boot Microservices, will be a plus; Knowledge of Oracle Retail architecture and integration solutions, on-premises and/or cloud versions (RIB, RICS, BDI, RFI), will be a plus; Experience in integration architectures and solutions in different environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid), will be a plus.
