Partner with the best The IWS&S Service Pusher leads and coordinates all Baker Hughes work at the wellsite. Baker Hughes focal point for the customer and leads all elements of Baker Hughes products, services, and contracted parties at the wellsite. The main objective is to drive and assure flawless HSE performance, on-time delivery, and consistent Service Delivery excellence. As a Service Pusher, you will be responsible for: Leading Baker Hughes integrated operations on the rig in close cooperation with operator, rig contractor and any other third parties. Supervises the operations according to the well activity program. Coordinating and coaching all Baker Hughes personnel on rig HSE activities, operational planning and job execution. First line of support and technical reference for the offshore Baker Hughes personnel carrying out the tasks at wellsite. Ensuring the project is executed in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. Being the focal point for the customer at the wellsite. Participates in operation reviews, safety and morning operations meetings, etc. Providing on time entry in Job-Center for IWS&S activities and timely input to the DBR reporting, KPI evaluation and improvement plans. Being responsible for the offshore/onshore (where applicable) personnel demand, planning, and coordination. Optimizing the Baker Hughes offshore/onshore (where applicable) human resource utilization. Utilizing remote operations center efficiently during operations (if applicable). Leading offshore Baker Hughes equipment failure investigations, reports, and communicates them accordingly. Ensuring lessons learned and best practices are captured and implemented. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors degree within relevant field. Equivalent relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education Have significant experience in the oil and gas industry Have experience as Team Leader Have comprehensive knowledge about Field Service operations, installation, and maintenance operations Have competency to plan, problem solve, organize, direct and control challenging operations. Use written and oral English as a working language Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across multiple Product Lines, functions, geographies, external parties.
