Partner with the best As a SR Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Act as the first line of client representation on site and ensure the proper utilization of resources to meet the operational objectives of the work scope. Service equipment and make field repairs to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and ready for Operations on the job site. Train, motivate, and develop subordinates to ensure continually high-performance standards and maintain morale. Function test equipment at the base after maintenance has been completed to ensure the equipment is RFO. To conduct pre-mobilisation equipment checks in accordance with Company Guidelines and Client specifications. To assist in preparing Load Out Lists and attend follow-up meetings regarding project requirements. Coordinate mobilization of equipment and personnel and field execution of their work scopes by HSE procedures and job-specific requirements. Ensure adherence to the Baker Hughes quality system for work scopes executed under their direction. Ensure all workplaces are kept clean and tidy, and emergency equipment/routes are clear. Ensures that his subordinates are aware of their individual safety responsibilities and actions required in an emergency, and encourage their involvement in improving safety performance through a clear leadership example. Regularly report to superiors at the home base on job site operation activities and ensure effective liaison between bases when necessary. Ensure proper use of safety equipment by self and subordinates. Ensures full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company/ customer safety handbooks, safety procedures, and emergency procedures. Attend any technical training courses for that are made available When not on-site, assist where required with equipment mobilization / demobilization and general yard clean up. To prepare and maintain worksite documentation and certification, inclusive of timesheets, daily logs, HSE meetings, etc., in accordance with Company Guidelines and Client specifications. Carry out other tasks and duties as directed by the Operations coordinator, Workshop Supervisor, Service Supervisors, and Operations Manager. Extensive Domestic travel is required. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or related field. Basic English Experience working with Pipeline pre-commissioning Experience with operation and maintenance of PD Pumps (triplex), Centrifugal Pumps, and Air Driven pressurization pumps.
