Skills and Qualifications Deep expertise in relevant tech stack acquired through a variety of development experiences Excellent communication skills  to communicate to team members, stakeholders, and external parties Ability to mentor others by teaching, coaching, and providing feedback Passion for the principles of good software design and development and ability to explain their importance to team members Growth-mindset  a demonstrated pattern of self-learning and skills growth Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred) Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a software developer Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g. .Net, React, React native, Angular JS) and familiarity with adjacent technologies and aspects of the tech stack Experience with cloud technology (e.g. Azure, AWS) Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices Expertise in software security best practices Full understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (define, design, develop, test, deploy, operate)
