The Senior Hardware Engineer analyzes, designs, debugs and modifies electronic
hardware. Troubleshoots hardware and printed circuit board applications. Work
often involves analog and digital hardware systems. Position requires knowledge
and exposure to hardware design. Typically develop electronic using simulator tool
like LT Spice and Altium Designer. Also manages a team of Junior/Mid-Level
engineers, providing feedback and mentoring them throughout their careers.
Responsibilities will include:
Streamline the development of electronic projects by overseeing the hardware
development process and refining its various stages.
Enhance project efficiency by coordinating comprehensive documentation and
promptly updating projects.
Design electronic architecture, including schematics, and establish simulations
for electronic interface circuits, operational amplifiers, and switching power
supplies.
Provide oversight for the creation of high-speed, high-density printed circuit
board layouts, ensuring optimal electronic layout development.
Apply signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility across all board designs.
Manage material lists and oversee the replacement and updating of components
throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise suppliers involved in manufacturing printed circuit boards and
assembling components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Coordinate the activation documentation and thorough testing of all electronic
hardware project stages to guarantee seamless functionality and performance.
Skill requirements:
Bachelors/Master or PhD in electrical engineering
Experience in develop area ROADMAP
Experience leading development teams
Advanced experience as a hardware developer
Mandatory advanced skills in English (Daily contact with global team)
Experienced at complex hardware development
Experience with hardware tools:
LT Spice
Tina
Experience with hardware interfaces
SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, RGMII, RMII,
High Speed interfaces using FPGA transceivers
Experience with hadrware development
Electronic Laboratory Tools
Manufacturing and assembly process
Understand the manufacturing and assembly process for PCB.
