Develop EPCI Procurement indicators (KPIs), KSFs and performance reports; Analyze performance indicators, performing root cause analyses, performing DMAIC/A3/etc. analysis, when applicable, and controlling the corrective action plan - KSFs; Analyze Procurement risks and consolidate for reporting. Support the development of Supply Chain KPIs and KSFs; Develop and train Power BI; Lead and implement Lean projects; Update information regarding EPCI procurement's True North, organize and follow up information for the results meeting, consolidate information for presentation and conduct the results meeting; Identify positive points, deficiencies and possibilities for improvement in the different areas of Procurement; Discuss and assist in the formation of an action plan when necessary, as well as monitor the implementation of this plan.
