What you'll do: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join the LA Talent Acquisition team in our journey to bring key talents to our company, locating talents with the capacity and willingness to learn, and connecting these people with the several opportunities to grow inside of Electrolux. If you have great analytical and organizational capabilities, can easily communicate and colaborate with others, and can adapt quickly and efficiently to changes in your environment, this opportunity is meant for you! In detail, you will: - Conducting recruitment and selection processes according to Electrolux's guidelines and policies; - Working as a business contact and partner, understanding trends in staffing, business and the market; - Guiding hiring managers and candidates through selection processes; - Being in close contact with other People & Comms teams to ensure we're bringing the right talent on board; - Contributing to our team effort to build the Electrolux employer brand; - Collaborating in multiple continuous improvement projects within People area. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W). Who you are: You have: - Bachelor's degree; - Experience working with multicultural, international environments (preferably with consumer goods companies); - Solid level of knowledge in all stages of the recruiting process; - Project management skills; - Intermediate Office skills; - Advanced English; - Spanish is a plus.
