The position
By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:
Work in strategic procurement planning and portfolio management to ensure process
optimization and efficiency for long term contracts within the Subsea, Engineering
and Construction Category.
Prepare and drive tenders, conduct bid evaluation and negotiations, and prepare
award recommendation.
Perform demand and market analysis in both global and local markets to anticipate
challenges and demands.
Ensure compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes, with a
specific focus on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and
Commercial Risk.
Drive and perform contract management from award to contract close-out, monitoring
contract performance, and adherence to contractual obligations with a focus on
minimizing value leakage, risk, and promoting safety.
Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters related to Operations
category.
Proactively ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards
suppliers.
Facilitate the development of our capabilities by working on multidisciplinary
projects throughout the business.
You

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience in procurement focused onincluding sourcing processes,
negotiations, contract establishment, managing supplier performance and relations
for EPCI, subsea and projects scope.
Good awareness of the Brazil supplier market and understanding of establishing and
promoting local content.
Advanced skills in English and Portuguese language.
Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
across the organization.
Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
Possess strong communication skills, demonstrating ability to create impact &
connect with different stakeholders.
