Descrição Descrição: 1.Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team, build trustful relationship with business leaders. 2.Work closely with recruitment team to select best talent in warehouse operations 3.Provide a holistic talent management system and practices from talent criteria setting, evaluation and talent development to continuously upgrade org. capability. 4.Initiate and launch HR projects including Performance management, Headcount management, Talent Management and Compensation&Benefits management. Be responsible for the local HR operations. 5.Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams. 6.Partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to continuously keep the employer brand strong and attractive. Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, experienced in making offers, offer negotiation, talent mapping, be good at handling multiple tasks. 2. Experience hiring roles across Logistics, Warehouse and Production, will be a plus if you have experiences working in e-commerce/retail/fashion company. 3. Experience in enhancing corporate culture. 4. Fluency in English, English is a must. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good professionalism and friendliness. 6.
