Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proficiency in Storage Administration: Demonstrated experience in administering and managing storage systems, particularly Dell EMC Powermax and IBM DS8K, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Brocade Switches: Familiarity with Brocade switch technologies, encompassing configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting functionalities. Storage Networking: Strong understanding of storage networking principles, protocols, and technologies such as Fibre Channel, FCoE, iSCSI, and NFS. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, independently, and collaboratively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Documentation and Reporting: Proficient in documenting configurations, incidents, and resolutions effectively. Ability to generate comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders, conveying technical information clearly and effectively.
