Responsibilities
Coordinate and count the recruitment needs of various departments according to the
existing establishment and business development needs, and prepare the annual
personnel recruitment plan
Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system
Responsible for the company's internal recruitment, publishing recruitment
advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews and issuing offers
Implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels
to ensure the sufficient quantity and quality of talents required for the
company's business development
Participate in the organization and execution of various talent markets and
on-site recruitment activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, experience working in large Chinese multinational
companies preferred
3 years or more of experience in human resources recruitment in the manufacturing
industry
Fluent in English and Portuguese, Mandarin is a plus;
Cross-cultural communication skills, organizational and coordination skills
Familiar with Brazilian regional laws and regulations, and have living and working
experience in Brazil.
