Industry:
Maritime and Offshore As a Sales Assistant at M&O in Rio de Janeiro, you will:
Execution of administrative routines of Sales Dept. Support to Sales Team on developing and executing sales strategies:
Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies
specific to the maritime and offshore industry in the region.
Support on cultivating client relationships:
Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across several of our solution categories. Support on Market Intelligence:
Map and create opportunities for partners, attending end customers needs. Support
on direct sales and quotations.
Register, follow up and management of sales opportunities in Purchasing Portals (Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Shipserv and others). Follow up of sales opportunities:
from RFQ to final scope delivery and PO closure. International logistics
management, door-to-door operations, Import and Export.
Coordination with Freight Forwarder of all logistics processes. After Sales support to grant Partner and end customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
Graduation in Administration or related areas
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and teamwork abilities. Strong
commercial skills Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics,
import/export
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry Minimum 5
years of experience in international Sales of Technical products and/or services
Good MS Office, power point and system tools skills
English Fluency. Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate. Experience with
Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa and Shipserv is a differential.
Experience with CRM is a differential. Experience hosting in exhibitions and
events is a differential. Experience with OIC, Platform Owners, Shipowners and
Shipyards is a differential.
