Sobre a vaga
We are seeking a results-driven UA Coordinator to define user acquisition
strategies, drive user base and revenue growth and lead our high-performance UA
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media with
demonstrable results of driving revenue for a direct-to-consumer/ecommerce brand.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will manage a team of 3 high-performers in
the UA team creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous
learning.
What you will be doing:
Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing
strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth whilst lowering
customer acquisition costs.
Manage Paid Media Channels:
Oversee all paid media channels including but not limited to paid social, display
advertising, affiliate marketing and more.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Work with the BI and Data team to track, measure, and analyze key performance
metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance strategy,
campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Budget Management:
Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the
most impactful channels and campaigns to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and coach a high-performance UA team, fostering a culture of collaboration,
innovation, and continuous learning.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, technology
and operations to ensure alignment and integration of performance marketing
initiatives with overall business goals.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
performance marketing, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a
competitive edge.
What you´ll need to succeed in this role:
5+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the ecommerce or DTC
industry.
Experience leading a high-performance team
Proven track record of successfully devising and implementing acquisition
strategies to drive revenue growth.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and business objectives.
A good understanding of the English language is a necessity.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Marketing, Data Analysis, or related field
