About the Role
We are seeking a talented Web Publishing Manager to help us build the most simple
and affordable legal services experience on the planet.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,
engaging in project planning from the early stages, facilitating project delivery,
and maintaining our site through continuous updates and collaborations with
product and marketing partners. Reporting directly to the Director of SEO and Web
Publishing, you will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product,
design, and tech departments.
To excel in this role, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of
accountability are paramount. You will be the driving force behind bringing
numerous projects to fruition, ensuring each delivers the highest quality
experience, executed flawlessly and on time. Moreover, your ability to foster
strong relationships will be essential in our collaborative team environment. And
with many exciting projects in the pipeline, you will be central to helping build
the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world.

Responsibilities
1. Web Publishing
Create and update web pages and assets via BloomReach Content Management System
(CMS).
Proofread (American English) and test of all changes being processed.
Manage the end-to-end process of receiving, scoping, prioritizing, testing, and
publishing requested changes promptly.
Own and manage the publishing Jira queue and related processes, ensuring all
changes align with internal processes
Address CMS and template-related inquiries and collaborate on proposed site
changes and project execution with marketing, design, copywriting and product
teams.
Own and maintain site quality and maintenance standards, collaborating with design
and content teams to ensure alignment with established guidelines.
Inventory, benchmark and maintain the US repository of web content, including
text, images, PDFs, and video files, using CMS templates.
Coordinate and facilitate program coordination meetings.
2. CMS Administration and Management
Serve as the primary representative of the publishing program and CMS platform,
advocating for publishing and CMS needs and enhancements in planning and
development processes.
Document platform and publishing processes and best practices.
Provide training to international and cross-functional teams on CMS usage and
publishing processes and best practices.
Define and maintain user access and rights management protocols.
3. Project management
Assist project teams in planning deliverables, timelines, and tasks to meet
project milestones.
Maintain clear and proactive communication, along with comprehensive project
documentation on plans, status updates, and critical issues.
Track dependent tasks and work streams across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Fluency in verbal and written American English, written and verbal.The role will
require 100% communication, written and verbal, in English.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Equivalent
technical training, certifications or other relevant experience may be substituted
for the education requirements.
Minimum of 1 year of direct experience working with Content Management Systems,
preferably with HTML/CSS proficiency. Experience with Bloomreach CMS is a plus.
5+ years of experience collaborating with web developers and content teams or
managing web development projects. PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
Experience working independently and collaboratively with distributed
cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, front-end developers and
product and project managers.
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and consistency, as well as strong
critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in generating web analytics queries and reports. Familiarity with
Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for program success.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent
projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
