We are looking for a Web Specialist/Product Owner reporting directly to the Operations Team Lead, you will be in charge of the strategy (development and implementation), updating and creating new pages on the Uncharted Society website; a worldwide network of BRP-certified operators offering powersports experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire backlog of the Uncharted site (operations, optimizations). You will drive the evaluation and integration, from the business needs identification to strategic orientation. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO; Understand the brand's vision and objectives; Develop web strategies while working with other streams to deliver the best global strategy; Assess received requests to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with product/marketing strategy and larger business needs; Be responsible for publishing all the content available for an end-user through various tools (mainly in Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager); Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while ensuring the quality of the presented content; Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives/plans; Develop and manage the product roadmap for BRPs marketing technology tools and services; Define website KPIs; monitor performance, provide insights on website health, identify and drive improvement opportunities; Refine and maintain a various backlogs; Proactively collaborate with Web Product Owner to ensure backlog transparency between development team and marketing stakeholders; Participate in iterative planning, ensure requirements are well defined, and make sure user stories are easily understood and actionable for the development team; Lead the planning of functionality release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities; Act as key player during UAT testing periods; Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement within the team. YOULL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelors degree in business administration with a concentration in digital, marketing, communications or a related field; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Digital marketing or related field; Experience in website management; Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (a plus); Good analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills; Good management of time and priorities; Autonomous, you have the leadership and the drive to radiate positive and innovative thinking helping you and your team to deliver challenging projects; Strong capacities to summarize and transform information and data into insights; Proactive communicator Mandatory English written and spoken; Capacity to efficiently manage several projects and tasks at the same time (content integration, ticket management, user story creation, user acceptance testing, etc.) Facility to build relationship and trust with key stakeholders THE ROAD SHOULD BELONG TO EVERYONE.
