About the team Our Integrated Well Services (IWS) team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products. Partner with the best To be responsible for Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer' satisfaction. The professional must have availability to work offshore.This position is based in Macaé/RJ. As an Supervisor de Well Site Supervisor (Integrated Well Services) Offshore, you will be responsible for: · Being responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics; · Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation; · Developing long range forecast for region resource needs. Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts/region business commitments; · Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders and cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy; · Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how; · Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology from an accredited university or college; · Have relevant experience in Well construction; · Be able to communicate fluently/ native in Portuguese; · Have intermediate English knowledge; · Have availability to work offshore.
