We offer a casual, fast-paced environment in a growth-oriented company. Role Summary: The General Manager will lead sales and operations for a specified territory, country, or product. Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee Market Development and daily operations for respective territory, country, or product including full P&L responsibility. Build out and grow a functional team including Sales, Marketing, Installation, Training, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Support Identify new markets, develop new solutions to meet client needs, and secure new business opportunities. Improve internal processes for increased productivity. Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports, manage the budget, and monitor the financial health of the business for assigned territory, country, or product Create and implement strategies for short-term, mid-term, and long-term business growth. Analyze and resolve service and quality issues. Provide leadership support and direction to the sales team and take an active role in the marketing plan Develop, key performance goals, manage the performance of staff, and resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved. Motive, coach, and train team members and set goals and accountability, provide appropriate feedback, reward, and recognition. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and 10 years of sales experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Must be able to travel up to 30% Must be able to speak the language of the country for which the role is based in addition to English At least 2 years experience leading a team
