KEY JOB ACTIVITIES: - Translate the board's strategies into concrete actions within their area of responsibility, managing people, projects, and processes to achieve these results. - Monitor market best practices regarding people management, technology (A.I. and automation), processes, and excellence in customer service to implement in their management area. - Monitor customer satisfaction levels with their team's deliveries, always seeking to offer prompt and quality service. - Participate in Results Meetings, prepare and present reports to the Board for accountability of their area, aiming for alignment with the company's strategies. - Develop and manage the performance of coordinators in technical themes and team management competencies, identify development needs, and guide with practical examples and/or suggestions for readings and courses. - Follow up and evaluate coordinators to ensure they are delivering their team management activities and other specific tasks. - Engage with managers from other areas of the company to keep all actions aligned and integrated. - Manage the personnel budget of their team, monitoring costs involved and suggesting changes to the Board when necessary. - Responsible for technical reviews of the most complex topics within their department. - Responsible for signing off on balances and other client reports and statements. - Client service in meetings, calls, and video conferences, both in Portuguese and English. - And other related activities.
