Job Description: Responsibilities: - Lead a territory with designated named accounts with the goal of acquiring, scaling, and maintaining customers. - Promote and sell directly to end customers and engage with partners. - Gain the trust of senior IT and business executives in key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers - Manage end to end relationships with customers via upsells and renewals. - Manage day-to-day execution to meet and exceed business growth goals. - Partner with the local team of technical sales, operations, and marketing to successfully prospect into new commercial customers. - Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth within assigned accounts and customers. Drive an efficient sales cycle from appointment to close. Requirements: - Bachelor degree or equivalent - Minimum 12 years experience in an Enterprise Solution Sales Role and background - Strong background of software and infrastructure industry expertise and good knowledge of the cloud enterprise market - Ability to build strong, transparent, productive and healthy relationships with customers, partners and distributors. - Ability to prospect and network across different industry accounts (financial, healthcare, retail and manufacturing) - Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences - Large experience in customer engagement and getting access to C-level to promote value. - Excellent interpersonal skills - "Whatever it takes" attitude and desire to make an impact - Solid understanding of a partner leveraged sales model - Ability to work as part of an extended team - Ability to maintain high sales activity rates - Significant track record of accomplishment selling in software and cloud solutions - Background in exceeding a quota - Ability to drive revenue growth via channels at aggressive rates - Ability to articulate complex technical ideas - Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically - Ability to forecast accurately - Role modeling and cultivate the highest levels of integrity, ethics, transparency, collaboration, respect and inclusion.
