Sobre a vaga
We are looking for an Account Director that will support a beverage brand. As a
strategic head of account, this person will grow a successful long-term
relationship with our client.
The Account Director is the point of contact for the strategic accounts
stakeholders and is responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term
relationship with the clients. Is invested in ensuring a high-performance team and
product aligned to a common purpose.
In this role you will:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the
accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and
agreements to maximize profit
Monitor deadlines, flagg any unattainable targets upfront
Lead all communication with the client, meetings, status, calls and general
project overview
Experience you already have:
Proven work experience as an Account Director or Head of Accounts/Client at
Advertising/Marketing Agencies
An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
Deep understanding of digital and new channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building
strong client relationships
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
