Sobre a vaga
Our Polyamide Chain commercial team, composed of 5 people, is integrated into the
COATIS Global Bussiness Unit and focuses on the LATAM market in collaboration with
strategic marketing.
As an Account Manager, you will ensure the maximization of profitability and
market share growth for the engineering plastics and staple fibers markets. You
will get the opportunity to implement supply contracts, ensuring long-term sales
volumes.
You will be accountable for:
Ensure the volumes and contribution margins established by the business.
Monitor commercial information about operating markets, competitors and new
products.
Technical and commercial support for the customers.
Monitoring and supporting customers in the trials for approval of our products.
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid/travel working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering
Relevant work experience in the polyamide chain
Competencies:
Experience in polymers end uses
Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish knowledge (nice to have)
Ability to articulate and negotiate

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all:
compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.
While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 160.800,00 to R$
201.000,00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and
experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that
includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
